FiClue ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account (email address), add financial transactions, connect bank accounts via Plaid, or contact us for support. We do not sell your financial data.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, sync your data across devices, enable bank account connections through Plaid, process subscription payments through RevenueCat, and respond to support requests.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information in transit and at rest. Bank connections are handled through Plaid — we never store your banking credentials.

Third-Party Services

We use Plaid to connect to financial institutions, RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, and Supabase for secure data storage. Each service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them to understand their data practices.

Your Choices

You may access or update your account information at any time from Settings. You can disconnect bank accounts from the Bank Accounts sheet. You may delete your account and all associated data from Settings — this action is permanent.
